I giorni scorsi Damiano ha posizionato 13 alberelli illuminati nel prato a fianco l'hotel. Finalmente oggi è arrivata la neve a completare l'ambiente natalizio qui a Santa Caterina. Mentre nevicava forte questa sera, (la neve quasi al ginocchio) ho scattato alcune foto del paese dall'alto.

Dal 21 al 24 Gennaio 2010 si terranno qui in Alta Valtellina i campionati italiani della protezione civile. I volontari da tutta Italia saranno ospiti per alcuni giorni di gare e divertimento sulla neve. Anche il nostro hotel ha aderito all'iniziativa, mettendo a disposizione alcune camere. Quindi un arrivederci a fine Gennaio 2010. Forza Ragazzi!!

Giovedì scorso ho corso anch'io alla 1000x1000. Una bella e simpatica corsa organizzata a Bormio: 1000 persone devono correre 1000 metri ciascuna tra le vie del centro storico di Bormio. Questa sera anche Damiano dovrà dare il massimo per percorrere il kilometro! Veronica non parteciperà ma ha dato una mano nei turni del cronometraggio, notte inclusa!!

Ho scattato 3 foto velocemente qui fuori dall'hotel, la strada è già completamente coperta e per andare a Bormio in questo momento conviene avere le gomme da neve o le catene. Speriamo ne metta giù un bel pò!
