Taneda

Sicuramente l'avete vista ai bordi di stradine e sentieri diretti verso i rifugi dell'Alta Valtellina. Si tratta dell'Achillea Moschata o nel nostro dialetto "Taneda". E' un fiore di colore bianco dal piacevolissimo profumo che si utilizza a prepare un infuso digestivo o meglio ancora il buonissimo amaro Taneda. L'amaro si produce a Bormio nei laboratori della famiglia Ericini, che oltre a questo preparano altri amari e grappe che sono buonissimi.
Se non volete sbagliare una ordinazione presso i bar e i locali della zona, sfoggiate sicuri: "fam una taneda cun al glech" e sarete serviti senza esitazioni!
Vi consiglio un assaggio di questo prodotto locale e naturalmente una visita al negozietto di Ericini in via De Simoni a Bormio.

Escursioni nel Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio - Anche in MTB!

Pietro si è dato un sacco da fare per assemblarlo! E finalmente eccolo: il fantastico PORTABICI, che ben saldo sul rimorchio della Land Rover trasporterà le MTB in quota. Eh sì, perchè adesso si può salire in jeep e scendere in bici...mica male l'idea no?! Questa era la novità, naturalmente Pietro e Simone saranno a disposizione per accompagnarvi ai Rifugi e nella valli del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. C'è anche un bel programmino per l'uscita serale in Val Zebrù, con cenetta al Rifugio Campo ed avvistamento cervi g-a-r-a-n-t-i-to! Poi con il mega cannocchiale acquistato lo scorso anno non scappa niente!

La Luna dal Nordik

Festeggiamo il 40° anniversario dell'uomo sulla luna (20 luglio 1969) con l'acquisto di un telescopio Swarovski ATM 80 HD. A dire il vero noi l'abbiamo preso per osservare meglio la fauna del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio durante le escursioni, comunque nelle serate di sereno proveremo a fare un pò di astronomia! Oltre a testarlo sul terrazzo dell'Hotel, Pietro lo ha già portato con sè in una prima uscita serale in Val Zebrù e ci ha confermato la potenza del prodotto; "cervi e stambecchi come fossero a pochi metri". Escursioni nel Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio

E' appena uscito il programma di escursioni guidate nel Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. I nostri ospiti possono usufruire gratuitamente di questo servizio, occorre presentare all'atto della prenotazione (almeno il giorno prima) la tessera Welcome Card 2009 che consegniamo a tutti. Il programma parte il 21 Giugno e termina il 27 Settembre. Le uscite sono state suddivise in 3 tipologie di interesse: Storico-Naturalistico, Glaciologico e Naturalistico, inoltre è stato affiancata un'uscita settimanale pomeridiana dedicata al Nordic Walking. Novità 2009 è la gita in programma ogni mercoledì sera in Val Zebrù. Questa uscita dal costo totale di € 40,00 a persona adulta (ci sono sconti e gratuità per i bambini) comprende il trasporto a/r alle Baite di Campo, la cena in baita e soprattutto la possibilità di avvistamento nel tardo pomeriggio-sera di cervi, camosci, stambecchi. Pietro e Simone saranno tra gli accompagnatori sia delle uscite diurne che serali.
